Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://counselingcenterspokanevalley.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Raintree Counseling PLLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes ADHD Treatment, OCD Therapy, Autism Therapy, Anxiety Treatment, Depression Counseling provided by Raintree Counseling PLLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Raintree Counseling PLLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Raintree Counseling PLLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Raintree Counseling PLLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. Raintree Counseling PLLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Raintree Counseling PLLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by WA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in WA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. Raintree Counseling PLLC may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
